About the effective period of this agreement

This agreement is applied until user stops using that application. The developer can change these provisions, without agreeing with user. However, they will notify a user of it in advance.

Prohibited acts

The act of reverse engineering is forbidden by developer. The users cannot use it with altering the application.

Exemption from responsibility

Even if users receive the damage using those applications, developer does not guarantee about direct and indirect damage.
They do not guarantee operating normally in all the terminals.

About purchase

The user can purchase this application from Windows Store. It may contain in-app purchases. The developer cannot repay in principle. However, it gives priority to the agreement of Windows Store.

About network connection

Some applications need network connection. They may send such information.

• Purchase information on Windows Store.
• Roaming data of application.
• Network information, including an IP address etc., and position information.
• Upload of a user's file.

It will ask a user for consent in advance. It includes private information. The user can use such applications in off-line.

Priority is given to the municipal law of your country, and international law.
